In the case replacement isn’t attainable, we will issue you a store credit or discount coupon which will expire within 3 months from the date of credit. Wellviva Organics does not service any refunds other than store credits and discount coupons.

Cancellation

In any case, order cancellation can be accepted only before the order is shipped. In such case no cancellation charges will be levied. In case the order has been shipped, we would not be ready to settle for any cancellations. We have a tendency of shipping the orders within 24 hours of order receipt.
