At Wellviva Organics, customer satisfaction is valued the most. Hence, we have a tendency to take utmost care to pack and ship your order. However, we accept the fact that, due to unavoidable circumstances, a package may sometimes not reach you in the intact state.
As a policy, instead of offering direct refunds we may provide store credits and discount coupons, such refunds can be used only within 3 months of offering credits.
However, if you think that the order you have got received is wrong, in a very broken condition or has been tampered with, please inform us through an e mail within 5 working days of delivery at wellvivaorganics@gmail.com, with an image attachment, or you may call us on 8250894500. Our Customer Care representatives will guide you regarding the procedure and your items will be replaced accordingly.
Customers should carefully pack the returning the items other than damaged ones, including the delivery receipt or Invoice, and the product must be in a salable condition. Our Courier partners will pick up the products within 3 to 7 working days from our processing the request. We will ship the new products within 5 business days of receiving the original product. The replacement will be shipped only after verifying the exact reason for return. If in case the merchandise is in salable condition, we will issue a replacement. If the merchandise is not received in a salable condition, we will issue a store credit or discount coupon only. The factors to assess salability lies at the only real discretion of Wellviva Organics.
This may please be noted that WELLVIVA ORGANICS never offers exchanges or accepts returns on any discounted, used, or promotional products. Any free, or promotional products delivered with ordered product(s) additionally has to be come back.
