Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges could vary with reference to the product, packaging, size, volume, kind and alternative concerns. The shipping and handling charges what so ever may be will be mentioned during check out and buyers will be informed regarding this while making payments. We usually ship orders inside 24 operating hours of receiving it. Please permit the subsequent range of days for receipt of your order:

1. Domestic: 2-5 working days in the Urban regions inside India. (This consists of towns and cities within India that are serviced by Indian Postal Service and major Courier and Logistics Companies)
2.  5-10 working days for remainder of Indian domestic Areas. (This consists of regions that are solely served by Indian Postal services or some regional courier partners) 
3.  Order deliveries are going to be created between 10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. These days, as mentioned above is an approximation, that depends on third party supply. 
4.  Wellviva Organics should not be held accountable for any delays just in case of ineluctable circumstances like strikes and national calamities. 
5.  Wellviva Organics offers FREE Shipping on all the prepaid orders on top of Rs.999. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and this proof would be taken as a confirmation of receipt at your end. 
6.  If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please appoint an alternative receiver i.e. a relative, spouse, family person or neighbour, etc.Wellviva Organics will not be responsible for goods signed by an alternate person in any case. 
7.  Wellviva Organics will not be liable for any loss or damage to the consignment or goods once the delivery is done. 
8.  All the damage and shortage claims must be informed within 10 days of delivery at wellvivaorganics@gmail.com with image attachment.
